The Quality Assurance Department ensures constant compliance with the existing requirements via the application of an integrated Quality Management System. The Department’s fully qualified personnel constantly monitors the company’s activities in order for the best quality result to be achieved. It implements control procedures at all product production and distribution stages, while exploring and setting corrective and preventive actions in case of deviations.

It ensures that the Quality Policy is comprehensible and is implemented by all employees. It sets Objective Goals in the form of Quality Indicators which are analysed, reset and revised in cooperation with Management as part of an ongoing effort to upgrade the quality of the products and services that are provided.

To ensure the above, Petsiavas SA implements the GMP, GDP, GLP, ELOT ΕΝ ISO 9001:2015, DY8/1348/04, GVP, Materiovigilance and Cosmetovigilance standards.
